Mitchell holds an educational background which includes a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Ottawa, which he earned after obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. He has a strong passion for helping individuals recover from injuries, restore movement, and return to the activities they love. Mitchell’s treatment approach combines evidence-based exercise prescription, manual therapy, and patient education to create individualized rehabilitation programs that support long-term recovery and prevention. With a background in athletics and fitness as an OUA soccer player, Mitchell understands firsthand the challenges of injury and the importance of regaining confidence in movement. He is dedicated to empowering his patients with the tools and strategies they need to meet their personal goals whether that means returning to sport, staying active at work, or maintaining independence in daily life. Mitchell is also bilingual so he is able to provide treatment in both English and French based on preference. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, basketball, running and playing golf.
