My mission is to hold space for healing and wellbeing through relaxation and educated touch. My work is all inclusive with a focus on relieving chronic pain symptoms, Grief support, and Mental Wellbeing. I am a certified Massage Therapist that takes pride in my training and continues to educate myself. I am a National Holistic Institute Graduate, and an Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist.
Grief is not just emotional, its a whole body experience. It can show up as tension in your neck and shoulders, heaviness in your chest and low back, headaches, joint inflammation, and sleep disruption. Massage supports the nervous system in grief and creates ease where there is restlessness. These sessions are not designed to "fix" grief but to provide a safe and intentional support for the grieving community.
