Marc received his massage training and graduated from Bryan College and has been a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2012. Through his past athletic activities, Marc understands the importance of being pain free to achieve performance. Marc is passionate about helping people overcome injuries and returning clients to pre injury function and comfort levels. He has over a decade of experience treating people with all types of of injuries and ailments, In his treatments, Marc uses a variety of techniques to help achieve his clients’ goals. Some of the techniques he uses are myofascial trigger point release, passive stretching and joint mobilization. All of these techniques decrease pain/discomfort, increase mobility and improve day to day functions.
