Amberly attended McMaster University for her undergraduate degree in Health Studies, and completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2015. As a former competitive dancer and athlete, Amberly developed a passion for human movement and physical fitness. She continually strives to provide evidence-based treatments that target individual patient needs and goals. Amberly believes continual education is an essential component of physical therapy practice. She has developed a special interest in orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapy, and is enthusiastic about learning new skills in these areas. Amberly is an active participant in the Physiotherapy profession and frequently mentors Physiotherapy students, new graduates, and other rehabilitation professionals. Amberly grew up in a small town and remains a country girl at heart. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and relaxing on the beach or by a bonfire.
