Sally attended a rigorous 1500+ hour program at The Swedish Institute, concentrating on Anatomy & Physiology, Pathology and an understanding of the energetic body through Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine. With continued education and training in Manual Lymph Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Scar Tissue Realignment and Neuromuscular Reprogramming, Sally has incorporated these modalities to help clients with a large variety of conditions such as pre- and peri-natal care, post-surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain, vertigo, TMJ dysfunction, whiplash, and scoliosis. During each session, Sally uses her intuitive listening skills to find the core areas of energetic and physical dysfunction. She eases and unwinds the body to return it to homeostasis within the limits of the client's comfort. She finds this is done most effectively when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated and the client is relaxed. When she is not using these skills, Sally can be found in the nearby streams looking for creatures with her two kids or attempting a new crafting project.
