At this appointment we will be discussing your current concerns along with your health history, and other aspects of health including nutrition, energy, sleep, lifestyle, stress. We will make a treatment plan together that works for you. If you have any blood work, imaging or other lab testing that has been completed over the past 6 months or that may be relevant to your concerns, please bring in a copy, if you are able.
