As a licensed massage therapist with 16 years of professional experience and specialized training in the US and Thailand, I combine techniques from medical massage, sports massage, and lymphatic massage in sessions designed to release tension, restore balance, and invite deep relaxation. I utilize a trauma informed approach to therapeutic touch, creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes deep healing and supports healthy regulation of the nervous system.
