My treatment approach combines comprehensive assessment, hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, IMS, electrotherapy, therapeutic exercise, and personalized rehabilitation programs. I focus on understanding the root cause of symptoms and providing targeted care to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and achieve lasting improvements. I am committed to providing compassionate, specialized care that helps patients move better, regain confidence, and return to the activities they value most. Outside of my clinical practice, I enjoy spending quality time with my two daughters and creating meaningful family memories. I believe in maintaining a balanced lifestyle and bringing the same care, compassion, and positivity into my personal life as I do when supporting my patients on their health journeys.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy (PFPT) is a specialized branch of physiotherapy involving internal and external assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles. This can aid in strengthening your muscles, helping with incontinence, and strengthening the uterus, bladder, rectum and muscles in your lower abdomen.
