Dr. Kristen Mangos is a chiropractor and Sports Sciences Resident at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biological and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Guelph, where she found her passion working with athletes with the Guelph Gryphons Women’s Volleyball team. As a lifelong soccer player, Dr. Mangos brings an understanding of the physical demands of sport and the challenges of injury recovery. She has extensive experience working with athletes across all levels, ages and sports including soccer, taekwondo, fencing, basketball, and volleyball. She has also supported athletes at high-level competitions, including the 2025 Canada Summer Games and Provincial, National, and International youth soccer tournaments. During the summer months, you’ll find her on the sideline with Ontario Player Development League and Ontario Premier League teams, supporting athlete safety and performance. Through her Residency, Dr. Mangos is advancing her expertise through collaborating with chronic pain physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and sports chiropractors. She is also actively involved in teaching chiropractic students and conducting research, with a particular focus on youth soccer athletes in Ontario. Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Mangos enjoys exploring new coffee shops, gardening, and spending time with her dog, Roo.
