If you have never had a foot reflexology treatment before, this is the perfect introduction. While it may appear similar to a foot massage, reflexology is a distinct therapeutic practice where pressure is applied to specific points on the feet to support whole-body balance and relaxation. This treatment helps improve circulation, support lymphatic flow, and release tension, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Suitable for all ages. *Please let us know if you need a Reflexology insurance receipt.*
