Born in South Africa, Hayley completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Pretoria and has over 25 years of clinical experience, She has worked in diverse healthcare settings in both the UK and Canada, gaining extensive experience in musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, chronic pain and pelvic health. Hayley integrates manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and individualized exercise to enhance movement, strength, and overall function. She works with patients to understand their bodies, build confidence in movement and support them to reach their personal goals. She holds a Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), is certified in Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation from the University of British Columbia and has her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Hayley has completed advanced post-graduate education in pelvic floor physiotherapy, allowing her to integrate pelvic health assessment and treatment within a comprehensive musculoskeletal and movement-based framework. Hayley works closely with each patient, tailoring treatment to their individual needs and supporting them through every stage of recovery. She treats patients at all stages of life, adapting care to each person’s goals. Based in Victoria for the past eight years, Hayley maintains an active lifestyle that informs her practice. She enjoys exploring movement through CrossFit, hiking, yoga and paddleboarding.
