I am a licensed massage therapist based in Melrose, Florida, with a unique background in emergency medicine. Before transitioning into massage therapy, I worked as a paramedic and in the emergency rooman experience that sharpened my understanding of the struggle experienced by many with chronic conditions and even just daily life. As a proud graduate of the Florida School of Massage, I developed a strong foundation in therapeutic and relaxation-based modalities, including neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue work, Swedish massage, Thai massage, and sports massage. I enjoy blending these techniques to create customized sessions that address each clients specific needs, whether that means relieving chronic tension, supporting injury recovery, or simply helping someone unwind and reset. My goal is to provide thoughtful, effective bodywork in a welcoming, down-to-earth environment with a genuine desire to help people feel better in their bodies and more at ease in their lives.
