Charlotte graduated with honours from ICT Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy. She also holds an honours degree in Biological sciences. Charlotte utilizes her background in science and movement in her massage practice. Her expertise lies in identifying myofascial causes of pain and developing personalized treatment plans to help alleviate discomfort and restore function. She is especially well-versed in working with clients who have persistent shoulder or low back pain. Charlotte’s massage therapy style is characterized by slow, deep tissue manipulation that prioritizes the greatest therapeutic benefit while still allowing for relaxation of the nervous system. With her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, Charlotte is able to target very specific areas of the body that area causing pain or limiting range of motion. She will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific condition and preferences.
