He completed his training at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. As a former national team athlete in dragon boat, Peter has always been keen on combining both performance and recovery into his daily routine. He understands the impact that high-volume training can take on the body, and strives to help others upkeep their maintenance and recovery during this process. As a former personal trainer, Peter combines his knowledge of functional movement, myofascial therapy, and deep tissue techniques. Earning the name “Peter Pressure” amongst his friends, know that he is never shy from using a strong and therapeutic amount of force when needed.
