Maytrelli Diaz is a licensed massage therapist and holistic bodywork practitioner dedicated to helping people restore balance, relieve pain, and reconnect with their bodies. Drawing from years of experience and continuing education, she specializes in Myofascial Release, Thai Yoga Massage, Cupping Therapy, Reiki, and Energy Healing, integrating each modality to meet the unique needs of every client. Her approach combines therapeutic techniques with mindful presence, creating sessions that support physical recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Believing that the body holds both tension and wisdom, Maytrelli offers a compassionate space where healing can unfold naturally. Inspired by her Mexican heritage and years of studying with Indigenous Mexica, Mayan, Hindu, and Sufi teachers, she honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit while maintaining a client-centered approach to therapeutic care.
