Cody is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg where he completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and Applied Health. Cody holds certification with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association (CATA) as well as with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In the clinic Cody utilizes a variety of rehabilitative techniques including manual therapy and exercise to promote optimal healing, preparing clients for an effective and safe reintegration into the activities that they enjoy. In the gym Cody uses functional training techniques to optimize the movement and performance of his clients providing them with a fun, safe, and effective environment to train in. Cody has worked with the University of Winnipeg Women’s Volleyball Team, Grant Park Pirates Football, Fort Gary Lions Football Club, U18 FCNW Girls Premier Soccer Team, FCNW Women’s Premier Soccer Team, and Winnipeg Wolfpack Women’s Tackle Football Team. In addition to his clinical practice, Cody also works for the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service as an Advanced Care Paramedic.
