Lexi Travanut BCAK Kinesiologist, BSc (Health & Exercise Science) Lexi is a passionate and driven Kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan, where she specialized in the study of human movement and its impact on health and well-being. Committed to lifelong learning, she continually pursues new knowledge and training to bring the best evidence-based practices to her clients. Born and raised in Campbell River, Lexi is excited to be back in her hometown, helping her community move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. She is the lead instructor for all our group classes, where her energy, expertise, and supportive coaching style inspire people of all ages and fitness levels. Lexi has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients — from beginners to seasoned athletes — and is skilled in adapting exercise for those recovering from injury, managing arthritis, cancer, Parkinson’s disease, multiple health conditions, or simply looking to stay active. Her caring nature and ability to tailor movement to every body make her a trusted guide on the journey to improved strength, mobility, and confidence. Outside of her professional role, Lexi is also a Certified Spin Instructor who loves leading high-energy classes, attending fitness sessions herself, and maintaining a balanced, active lifestyle. When she’s not teaching or training, you’ll often find her outdoors with her dog, exploring nature, discovering new activities, and embracing fresh ways to stay fit and energized.
