I received my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware followed by my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer West. Since graduating from Palmer I have taken additional certifications and courses in Active Release Technique, Titleist Performance Institute Medical Level 3, Qualified Medical Examination, Extremity Adjusting, Functional Range Conditioning, Fluid Soft Motion Tissue Tools, and Rocktape. My goal is to help you get moving and feeling better in your everyday lives. I will work with each of you on individualized goals to help you achieve your optimal level of wellness. My evidenced based approach to care will be filled with passion, understanding, and excitement. Outside of the office, I love to spend time going on adventures with my wife and nine month old daughter. I am excited to join the SU team and I look forward to working with each and every one of you.
