Siobhan received her Bachelors of Science at the University of Waterloo where she captained the Varsity Women’s Soccer team for 4 years. Siobhan completed her Masters of Science (Physiotherapy) in 2017 at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. Siobhan believes that having a client-centered approach motivates individuals to take on an active role in their healing process. Siobhan combines evidence-based research, personalized exercise prescription, manual therapy and education to provide her clients with the most up to date treatment plans. Siobhan has completed several continued education courses and is a Clinical Pilates Instructor. She has extensive training through the rehab series of STOTT pilates in both Mat and Reformer. In conjunction with traditional manual and exercise interventions, Siobhan enjoys utilizing the many therapeutic benefits of Clinical Pilates during her individualized treatment plans. Siobhan has recently relocated to Nanaimo and is looking forward to helping the community achieve their goals and get back to living their healthiest lifestyles. Outside of the clinic, Siobhan enjoys living a very active lifestyle whether this be running, playing soccer, hiking, or snowboarding. Regardless of the season, you will most likely find her outside exploring the West Coast with her family and friends.
