60 Minute Initial Assessment

Our 60-minute initial Athletic Therapy assessment is designed to identify the root cause of pain, injury & movement dysfunction. This comprehensive injury assessment is ideal for individuals dealing with acute injuries, chronic pain, or performance limitations. Your session begins with a detailed health history & discussion of your symptoms, activity level & goals. This is followed by a full physical assessment including posture analysis, joint mobility testing, muscle strength evaluation & functional movement screening to pinpoint limitations and imbalances. Based on your assessment, you will receive a personalized treatment & rehab plan tailored to your needs. This may include hands-on therapy, corrective exercise, mobility work & education to support recovery, reduce pain & improve performance. When appropriate, initial treatment will be provided during the same session. Whether you're recovering from a low back injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or looking to move better and perform at a higher level, this assessment provides a clear, structured plan to get you there.
