Jennifer graduated from McMaster University with a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she received an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology and a minor in Rehabilitation Science from Western University. Her journey to become a physiotherapist was inspired from her experiences in personal training, athletic therapy, and involvement in sports throughout her life. Since graduating, she has taken additional post-graduate training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, concussion management, and functional dry needling. Jennifer is passionate about working together with her clients to help coach them through their rehabilitation and getting back to what they love – and feel confident doing so. She appreciates the impact that a physical injury can have on all aspects of someone’s life, so she makes it a priority to tailor every treatment plan to be specific to each client’s goals and lifestyle. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys cooking and staying active through going to the gym, playing volleyball and golf.
