Through a combination of education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription, I will work alongside you every step of the way to achieve the active lifestyle you desire.
This is a 1 hour appointment of Performance Therapy. This session is entirely dedicated to exercise assessment, prescription and programming, rehabilitation, and prehabilitation. This appointment is for those who are interested in preventing injuries, optimizing their movements, moving pain free, and/or building their body up from a strong foundation. Learn the fundamentals and progress through plateaus by working with a coach with the know-how of a physio. *No manual therapy will be provided during this session*.
