I graduated with an Associates degree in Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences. I also holds a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration. In my continuing education journey I received certification for prenatal massage. As someone who is certificed specifically for prenatal massage I am aware of the changes that occure during pregnancy, and can target the most common sore areas and well aware of pressure points to avoid in expecting moms. My education and combined experience in work at a Destination Maternity spa has inspired me to improve mother's overall health with services to support relaxation and physical wellbeing. In additon to specializing in prenatal/postpartum massage, I incorporate a varienty of massage techniques into my sesssions including Swedish, deep tissue, and shiatsu. I care deeply about nurturing women while they prepare to bring new life into the world.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. Can be done pre and post surgery to enhance our body's natural healing abilities, or done as an immune support and/or detox for your tissues.
