Dr. Justyna Sommer is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and certified Bowen and NET practitioner who takes a whole-person, patient-centred approach to care. Dr. Sommer focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of illness while empowering patients through education and understanding, with special interests in hormonal health across all stages of life, including perimenopause and menopause, fatigue, anxiety and depression, women’s health, paediatric care, digestive health, and insulin resistance. She believes optimal health is a lifelong journey and that each individual requires a personalized approach to support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
