I have been practicing massage therapy for 22 years. I have always challenged myself to learn new massage techniques. I have over 6 years of bodywork training and can tailor a session to meet an individuals needs. I am experienced in deep tissue, relaxation, work injuries and pregnancy massage to name a few examples. I also have several years of training in Polarity and Craniosacral therapy.
