In her role as an RMT, Meaghan treats Members exclusively. Meaghan’s clients receive the extra special care and attention they have come to know and love. Meaghan treats all her clients with a highly personalized approach, and always goes the extra mile to add that luxurious spa touch she has built her reputation on. After graduating her massage studies in 2008, Meaghan spent a year working abroad at an authentic Ayurvedic retreat where she worked as an Ayurvedic Practitioner as well as Thai Massage and other various Asian modalities. This experience has influenced her style of therapeutic massage treatments as well as deepened her love for Yoga as a healing practice. In her role as an RMT, Meaghan teaches chair Yoga, trauma sensitive and beginners classes in a Hatha style with the emphasis on choices. Meaghan enjoys teaching all age groups including kids! Meaghan finds joy and fulfillment in her various life roles, as a mom, co-owner of Jade Therapies, and advocate for female entrepreneurs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with all animals great and small, and dabbles in drawing, painting and sculpture.
Enjoy a relaxation massage side by side. A deeply bonding experience for couples or friends. Makes a great gift for weddings or anniversaries. This massage uses Swedish techniques, incorporating long strokes and rhythmic kneading. It can be deep tissue or light pressure. We will require a therapeutic intake form to be completed but this is just to screen you for any contraindications that may require us to modify your treatment to keep you safe. This massage is a general full body relaxation massage. General Relaxation massage is not considered therapeutic and therefore is not covered under health insurance.
