Jessica was born and raised here in Calgary and obtained her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with distinction from the University of Calgary in 2016. She soon followed that up with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2019. Jessica values taking the time to understand each individual’s story. She believes this approach allows her to offer patient-centered care, tailored to her patients’ specific goals. Jessica enjoys working with patients of all ages and on all types of musculoskeletal injuries. She is a strong believer in continuous learning and improvement, and as such, has obtained her Level 1 Manual Therapy, Functional Dry Needling (Level 1 & 2), Foundations of Anatomical Acupuncture Certification, and Mulligan Upper Quadrant Certifications, Diagnostic Imaging for MSK Disorders, and has also completed training in concussion and TMJ management. As an athlete herself, Jessica understands the importance of physical well-being, which she believes serves as the foundation for a happy and healthy life. As a former competitive swimmer, Jessica has expanded her interests to triathlons.
