Having grown up nearby in Penn Township, Dr. Carr graduated from Knoch High School and then went on to attend Penn State University where he majored in Kinesiology and Movement Science. Dr. Carr then moved on to New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY where he earned his Doctoral Degree. In addition to participating in clinical care in State College, PA and Kenmore, NY, he completed an Internship in Buffalo, New York and then returned home to the Butler area to begin his private practice at Phillips Family Chiropractic, P.C. in 2015. In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Carr loves spending time with his family, fitness, and being outdoors. He especially enjoys golf, pickleball, soccer, and most any yard game.
