Massage Therapy
Therapeutic Massage is more specific, using various therapies depending on your issue. You may receive some Swedish massage to warm up tissues, Spontaneous Muscle Release techniques to target specific tight or lax areas, and CranioSacral techniques to close the session. Sessions are designed for your specific needs. Therapeutic Massage is not necessarily a whole body treatment. **If Deep Pressure is needed there is an up-charge ($25)
