Registered kinesiologist Megan Tochor brings a deep passion for movement science and personalized care to every patient. A 2018 Human Kinetics graduate from UBC Okanagan, she specializes in clinical kinesiology and is registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Megan helps patients improve physical function and reduce discomfort—whether recovering from injury, enhancing mobility, or returning to daily activities. Her care plans are tailored to each individual’s goals, drawing on extensive clinical experience. Her expertise spans injury rehab, posture, core and balance training, strength and conditioning, and sports performance. She also holds certifications in yoga (including trauma-informed Love Your Brain yoga), and advanced scoliosis rehabilitation (ScoliBalance Levels 1 & 2). Megan stays current through continued education and hands-on practice, blending science with compassion to help patients thrive.
