Marisha earned her Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma from Mount Royal University in 2015, and she graduated with honors from the Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2200-hour program in 2021. Daily life factors, such as repetitive movements, sedentary habits, and societal pressures, can contribute to postural dysfunction as well as feelings of pain, stress, and anxiety. With a strong background in personal training and group fitness, Marisha has a thorough understanding of body movement and emphasizes the essential balance between movement, rest, and recovery. Utilizing therapeutic techniques like cupping, stretching, cryotherapy, remedial exercise, and shockwave, she offers effective massage treatments that improve quality of life while empowering clients to actively engage in their healing journey. In her spare time Marisha enjoys DJing, teaching fitness classes, cooking, befriending cats, and listening to podcasts.
