Tresha is a highly trained Manual Osteopathic Practitioner with 18 years of treatment experience. She received her diploma in Massage Therapy from Elmcrest College in 2007 and her diploma in Osteopathy Manipulative Practice from Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy in 2012. As of January 1st, 2025, Tresha will no longer be practicing under the title of Massage Therapist. Myofascial release, joint mobilization, cranio sacral osteopathy, visceral osteopathy, lymphatic drainage, muscle energy technique, and ligamentous articular stain are the main techniques utilized in Tresha’s practice. All osteopathy treatments offered by Tresha are covered by health insurance companies who recognize National Manual Osteopathic Society (NMOS). Treatments will consist of an assessment, treatment, and remedial exercise suggestion. Myofascial release is the foundation of Tresha’s practice and treatments are performed over clothing. Tresha is naturally playful, curious and loves to read!
