Gregory Kebel, RMT I’ve been working in the massage industry for over 13 years and still find the human body endlessly interesting. I enjoy helping people understand why something hurts, not just where it hurts. Whether it’s a stubborn kink in the neck, recurring headaches, a low back that tightens up every weekend, recovery from a workplace or motor vehicle injury, or simply the stress and tension that can build up over time, my approach is to meet people where they’re at. My treatments blend therapeutic and relaxation-focused techniques, incorporating deep tissue massage, orthopedic and neuromuscular approaches, cupping, stretching, mobility work, corrective exercise, and home care recommendations when appropriate. Some clients come in looking for focused treatment, some come in looking to unwind, and most are looking for a bit of both. Over the years, I’ve worked with nurses finishing long shifts, teachers carrying the stress of the school year, tradespeople whose bodies work as hard as they do, athletes chasing performance goals, office workers battling desk posture, and plenty of people who don’t fit neatly into any category. Everyone deserves to feel welcome. Every body has a story, and every treatment starts with listening. Whether it’s your first massage or your hundredth, my goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can relax, ask questions, and feel heard. You’ll be met with respect, understanding, and a treatment plan built around your goals. The only thing I’ll judge you for is waiting too long to book. Outside the clinic, I enjoy lifting weights, cycling, gardening, camping, exploring Alberta’s backcountry, working on bonsai trees, and keeping my old Toyota on the road. I’ve always been curious about how things work and how different pieces connect. Whether it’s a suspension system, a tree, or a compensation pattern contributing to pain, I enjoy understanding how the pieces fit together and working toward practical solutions. There’s always something new to learn, and that’s one of the reasons I still enjoy this work after all these years.
