Anthony Rocha RMT, B.Sc., B.Ed., Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor Registered Massage Therapist Anthony Rocha brings an international perspective to massage therapy, having studied and practiced healing techniques across the globe. With a Bachelor of Science from Trent University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Sydney, Anthony began his career teaching anatomy in California. This foundation in human anatomy has informed his work as a Yoga Instructor in India, a Reiki Master in Japan, and now as a Registered Massage Therapist in Canada. Anthony completed his massage therapy training at Sutherland-Chan Massage School in Toronto and continues to enhance his clinical skills through advanced education in Deep Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage, TMJ-focused treatments, face and scalp massage, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) using heated tools, and joint mobilization techniques. Joint mobilization is a gentle yet effective approach that encourages better alignment of the joints, helping clients experience improved range of motion and ease in movement. His treatments address muscles, joints, and fascia to identify and resolve the underlying source of pain and dysfunction. He has successfully supported clients experiencing conditions such as scoliosis, sciatica, foot and knee pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome, while also offering prenatal massage with specialized bolsters for safety and comfort. Anthony is recognized for his ability to create effective, customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
