Hey there! My name is Alyssa Lajoie and I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist with a focus in Neuromuscular Therapy. I went to school and obtained my license in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, and just recently moved to Georgia, where I opened The Little Haven Massage Therapy. I feel truly blessed to be able to align my passion with my job, and combine the two to open this practice. My vision is for this to be a safe space where you can retreat to for a moment in your day and fully focus on yourself and your well being. I am excited to share The Little Haven with you all, and I hope to meet you soon!
Massage styles are tailored to meet clients individual needs. I meet with clients before hand to discuss desired firmness of pressure and targeted areas. Sessions typically blend a combination of modalities. In these sessions if you opt for neuromuscular work, cupping, trigger point therapy, or hot towels, I do not charge extra.
