Adam Postmus DC, CSCS Adam graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2017 from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose California as well as also receiving a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Exercise Science from the University of the Fraser Valley, BC in 2014. Adam is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Adam has completed extra training on Concussion Rehab through CCMI and Shift Concussion Management. He has also gone through Altis Performance Therapy and a mentorship with Orka Performance. Throughout his studies, Adam has been involved in health and athletics at the recreational, performance and rehabilitation levels, establishing a strong foundation for community involvement. In his career he has had the privilege to travel to Europe to work with professional athletes, and locally with Olympians, NFL, CFL, and WHL athletes. His clinical philosophy is rooted in evidence-based rehabilitation, and in future injury prevention, all with the goal of empowering the patient/athlete with the knowledge to continue to assist them on the road to a functional and pain-free lifestyle.

Athlete Assessment

During this visit, the athlete will go through an Orthopaedic Assessment with our Chiropractor. This will include Vital Signs, Patient History, Joint Range of Motion, Muscular Strength and Power, and Anaerobic and Aerobic Capacities.
