Beth has been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. After finishing her bachelorsdegree in health sciences, she went to Brenneke School of Massage and completed their 1,000 hour program focusing on treatment work and Swedish massage. Beth customized each session to her client's request. Her bodywork is a blend of Swedish relaxation, Lomi lomi, stretching, breathing techniques, & PNF.
