Victoria (she/her) is a bilingual Physiotherapist native to Halifax. She pursued studies in Quebec, earning a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Concordia University in 2007 and a Masters of Physiotherapy McGill University in 2013 while holding Academic All-Canadian in varsity Rugby. Victoria has always been an active individual who aims to incorporate movement into all aspects of her life. Outside of work, she enjoys circus arts (pole/hoop/acro), swimming, biking, yoga, weight training and running around with her 2 children.

*It is VERY IMPORTANT that at the time you book an assessment, you also book at least 2 follow-up appointments 1 to 2 weeks apart, if possible, as our therapists are booking up fully several weeks in advance. This will help ensure you receive timely follow-up and can get an appointment at a time that is convenient for you.* Your initial Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Assessment will consist of a comprehensive medical history and physical exam. This will often include an examination of the low back, pelvis and hips, as well as an internal pelvic exam in order to diagnose and plan the best treatment. You may also be given some exercises to work on at home. It is VERY IMPORTANT that at the time you book an assessment, you also book a follow-up appointment for 1 to 2 weeks later, if possible. Your therapist will discuss treatment frequency during the assessment. If you cannot find a spot in this time period, please call and we will try to find a time for you.
