Massage has been part of my life since I was a teenager. After my family went through serious accidents, our chiropractor trained me to help my loved ones recover. That experience shaped my passion for results-based therapy. Since 2011, I have refined my techniques to help clients with sciatica, frozen shoulder, cancer recovery, and athletic injuries.
