Dr. Caro received both a Masters and Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbology with a concentration in Orthopedics. She uses multiple modalities within her scope of practice including acupuncture, herbal medicine, electrical stimulation, manual therapies (cupping, guasha, Chinese medical massage), and dietary and lifestyle counseling. She believes that good health looks uniquely different to every individual and is impacted by life experiences, cultural background, and socioeconomic standing. She wants to know her patients life journey to better aid them with their health journey. She strive to aid her patients with their physical, mental, and emotional health in an effort to help them feel more empowered in their bodies.
