Nadeem completed his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2003 and holds an Athletic Therapy degree from Concordia University. He is an experienced physiotherapist who is well-versed in a broad range of treatment techniques. His sessions involve a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, nervous system mobilization, and corrective exercises. He holds additional training in K-taping, acupuncture, and the McKenzie method of treatment for neck and back pain. Nadeem’s passion for physiotherapy began when he himself needed treatment after sustaining multiple injuries playing hockey. Drawing from his personal experience, he understands the frustrations surrounding an injury and the importance of receiving the proper care. Nadeem is also a strong advocate for continuing education. He regularly participates in advanced post-graduate courses to further his skill set and to keep up to date with the best current evidence. In his spare time, Nadeem enjoys participating in sports, working out, and perusing through books at his local Indigo.
