After battling with chronic fatigue and exhaustion for many years, I turned to holistic health practitioners for help. With the help of many talented hands, I connected with my inner physician and release dis-ease from my body to overcome my debilitating illness. I now work with others that have the same desire to create their own healthiest self. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in CranioSacral Therapy, ACE Medicupping, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. In addition, I am a Certified Master Health Coach, a certified Foot Zone Practitioner, and a Certified Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 10 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells.
