Amy will be on Maternity leave starting November 2025 through 2026 Amy is a graduate from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC, and has been practicing since 2014. Her approach to massage therapy stems from an in depth understanding of the musculoskeletal system and a desire to educate clients in the cultivation of wellness. Her passion to see people heal, along with her positive outlook, fuels her desire to always be learning. Keeping in mind that no two people are the same, she treats each client with the specific treatment that is individual to their needs. Amy uses a variety of techniques during her treatments, with a primary focus on deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release.
