Sarah Foley, Registered Massage Therapist
8 Foley Cres, Flatrock, NL, A1K 1C8
The path leading me to massage therapy was long and winding. I studied biology at the University of Windsor, where I obtained my Master’s degree in 2011. During this time, I played rugby for both the Windsor Rogues and Kingston Panthers Rugby Football Clubs. I returned to school in 2015 and began the Advanced Registered Massage Therapy diploma program at Mohawk College, from which I graduated on the Dean’s List in early 2017. I am a member in good-standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and am trained in the application of RockTape (kinesiology tape), cupping, as well as in the use of the RockBlade (tool used in soft tissue mobilization). When not treating patients, I enjoy a variety of recreational activities including weight-training, leisurely bicycle rides, and a smattering of other sports. My husband Jordan and I have 2 young sons and our dog, Rosie, who keep us busy and active. We moved to Pouch Cove, NL in October 2023. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Your first registered massage therapy session will require completion of a health history form and consent for treatment together and the Registered Massage Therapist will conduct a short interview to discuss the goals of the treatment. By booking 60 minutes for your initial assessment you will usually have approximately 45 minutes of hands-on massage therapy time.
