Jouen completed her Master’s of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. Her passion for movement and exercise began at a young age and grew through her experiences as a varsity track and field and cross-country athlete. Her own journey recovering from running-related injuries sparked her interest in pursuing a career in rehabilitation. Jouen’s experience in track and field has given her a strong background in helping individuals recover from running and other sport-related injuries. By integrating manual therapy, movement, and exercise, she strives to build her clients’ confidence—both physically and mentally—so they can return to sport, achieve their goals, and keep doing the activities that bring meaning to their lives. Outside of work, Jouen enjoys running through the trails of Pacific Spirit Park, biking along the seawall or North Shore mountains, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
