Dr. Karina Samji, ND is on a mission to create a space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their health. If you’ve ever felt uncertain about persistent symptoms or overwhelmed by conflicting information, you’re not alone. Dr. Karina has been there and knows how transformative it can be to work with a practitioner who truly listens. Building strong, trusting relationships through education and collaboration is at the core of her practice. She firmly believes in individualized care and is passionate about empowering patients with sustainable, evidence-informed strategies that integrate seamlessly into daily life and support long-term resilience. Dr. Karina’s clinical interests include digestive health, metabolic dysfunction, women’s health (including perimenopause and menopause), as well as anxiety and fatigue, though she welcomes all new patients! She is dedicated to meeting patients where they are and supporting them to feel secure, informed, and confident in their health decisions. Dr. Karina holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University and earned her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Beyond the Clinic Outside the clinic, Karina enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family and fur babies. A dedicated foodie, she loves exploring new recipes and restaurants. On her days off, you can find her by the water with a good book or on a long walk with a matcha in hand.
