I graduated in 2008 from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield. After graduation, I assisted Irene’s students as a clinic supervisor and started working out of a chiropractic office where I continue to grow my practice today, along with my private practice. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, and became a Reiki Master in 2015. I also have training in other modalities, including Trigger Point, Sports, Prenatal, Thai, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, Ace Cupping, and much more. I am always taking continuing education classes to further provide you with the best possible massage the industry has to offer. I have a passion for the healing arts and will always do my best to provide every client with a custom tailored massage. Whether it's coming in to relax with a Swedish massage, or injury relief with a deep tissue area specific massage, I am happy to provide you with a massage that meets your needs.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
