This visit is designed for patients I haven’t seen in over 6 months or those experiencing new or more complex concerns. We’ll take a full hour to reassess your health, review updates in your history or labs, and adjust your care plan accordingly. Like all of our visits, this also includes continued access to me through our secure app, Spruce, so you feel supported as you move forward.
