She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in Victoria, and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in Portland. She has additional experience working with high level athletes, individuals with motor and intellectual disabilities, and paediatrics. Tandia is Webster certified with advanced training in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care. Her areas of focus include pelvic and back pain, neck pain, women’s health, running injuries, TMJ disorders, and athletic performance. Tandia takes a whole-person approach, focusing on the biopsychosocial model of care. Her treatments often include soft tissue therapy (ART), spinal manipulation, cupping therapy, strength training, DNS, taping and postural assessments, aiming to empower patients to move and feel their best. Tandia is an avid runner, mountain biker, and soccer player. On the weekends you can find her participating in outdoor activities along the sea-to-sky.
