Dr. Shayna Oosterink is a family chiropractor and certified acupuncture provider who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Toronto’s Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to this, she graduated with Honours from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Minor in Psychology. She has completed additional training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. Shayna is passionate about helping patients of all ages feel their best, with a special focus on family, pediatric, prenatal, and wellness care. Her goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based treatments that support her patients through every stage of life. In practice, she uses a variety of techniques including manual adjustments and mobilizations, cupping, shockwave therapy, soft tissue therapy, and exercise prescription. She strives to make every visit comfortable, supportive, and tailored to each individual — ensuring every patient feels heard, cared for, and confident in their health journey. Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find Dr. Shayna reading a good book, spending time with her family, playing beach volleyball, or camping with friends. Initial Assessment includes a comprehensive health history inteview and physical assessment (observation, range of motion, orthopedic testing and manual muscle/joint palpation). Treatment is often included following the assessment, depending on complexity of the case.
